Shipping policy

From Shopify: Canada Post operations have shut down due to a national strike. Mail and parcels will not be accepted or delivered during this time
Until contract negotiations are settled, we will be shipping using UPS.
In terms of you getting your order in a timely fashion, we do deliver within a 35 km radius of Guelph (see the details below). And porch pick-up is always free!

Standard prep time for all orders is 5 business days (local delivery or shipping)
Shipping time depends on the carrier choice you make at check-out
We offer free delivery:
• Guelph & area on orders over $50 (addresses within 8 km of Guelph)
• Addresses within 25 km radius of Guelph on orders over $150
• Addresses within 35 km radius of Guelph on orders over $250
At check-out, please enter your Contact Information, Shipping Address and hit Continue to Shipping. You will now be able to select the Local Delivery option

• After you check-out, you will be notified when your order is expected to be ready
I will only leave your order if there is a safe place to drop-off. If you do not have a mailbox, you need to be home to receive your order
Porch pick-up is always free!
