We love Black Spruce and Balsam Fir for stress reduction - use with your nebulizer diffuser and diffuse in 1 hr increments.  White Pine is lovely to add to your felt dryer balls.  

Chest relief blend:

3 drop Black Spruce
1 drop White Pine
1 drop Chocolate Peppermint
30 ml Carrier Oil (e.g. avocado oil, almond oil, even olive oil will work!)

Gently rub 1 ml of your blend into your chest after a shower/bath and before bed. Wear a t-shirt your don't getting oily. Enjoy a good night's sleep1
