Place beads in a non-reactive bowl (glass or ceramic).
Gently add a few drops of an undiluted essential oil or blend. 

Allow the beads to absorb the essential oil (s). 

Re-apply as needed. 

Use with 100% pure, undiluted essential oil(s) or blends 
*Note do not use with essential oil(s) pre-blended with a carrier oil like avocado, almond or apricot carrier oils
