Rosehip & Guava Glycerin Soap

Naturally and lightly scented with rosehip, rose and guava powders, it is the beet root and red rose powders that give this soap its delightful peachy-rose hue.

Glycerin is used as a humectant in soap products. In other words, glycerin helps to ensure that your skin will maintain its own moisture in order to protect it from damage caused by dryness. Instead of creating a barrier, humectants such as glycerin still allow your skin to breathe.

Rosehip Powder: Rich in Vitamins A, E and C, this powder contains natural antioxidant properties that promote elasticity and maintain the suppleness of the skin.  Also high in essential fatty acids, linoleic and linolenic acids, it is a powerful skin regenerator and rejuvenator. It helps prevent aging of the skin, minimizes scarring and decreases inflammatory conditions and soothes the skin. 

Guava Powder: Rich in Vitamins A, B and C, guava powder is revered for both its vitamin content and its ability to slow the signs of aging; it helps prevent day to day wear & tear of the skin. Packed with fruit enzymes and AHAs, guava powder brightens and smoothes the skin while reducing wrinkles and blemishes, calms redness and itchiness. 

Red Rose Powder: Rich in antioxidants which help prevent the formation of wrinkles. Moisturizing yet gentle for sensitive and blemished skin. Contains anti-inflammatory, cooling and soothing properties that help clear blemished skin. Tightens the skins and helps treat hyperpigmentation. Works well for dry, inflamed, or itchy skin, including eczema.

Orange Peel Powder: Rich in antioxidants and natural citric acids which help to detoxify, cleanse, and brighten the skin. Orange peel powder has anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties which make it great for treating mild acne and oily skin.

Red Clay: Recommended for those with sensitive, dry and tired skin. Helps soothe the skin and reduce redness.
